As a consumer I find it very frustrating when you make online purchases and you are also hit with a postage and packing fee. With this in mind I have included a contribution to the shipping costs within in each garment price regardless of rural, non rural or international postage costs.
ORDER - DELIVERY
Time line after ordering
I will confirm your order by email and estimate which date your garments or artwork will leave my workshop in Nelson.
An email will be sent to you when your garments or artwork have left the MADCAT workshop, including the courier or post details, so that you know when to expect it to arrive. Allow 2 days for a town address and 5 days for a rural address.
NZ STREET ADDRESS (please no PO Boxes)
If your garment is in stock I will send it to you ASAP by PBT tracked courier. Please allow 2 days from when it leaves my workshop. Rural delivery takes up to 5 working days. These parcels need to be signed for or they are not insured.
If your garment needs to be printed and made up it will take longer. Please allow a week for this individual service and then it will be sent by PBT tracked courier.
NON NZ STREET ADDRESS or NZ PO Box number
e.g. Australia, Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Japan and most countries with a reliable postal service.
If your garment is in stock I will send to you ASAP by NZ post. Most international deliveries take 7 days from Nelson to you.
If your garment needs to be printed and made up it will take longer. Please allow a week for this individual service and then it will be sent by NZ post. Most international deliveries take 7 days.
ORDERING SYSTEM
MADCAT online orders are continuously monitored by myself during the day NZ time. You can safely leave messages on both my land line and cell phone as I am the only one that listens to them.
All orders are placed into an order book stored by the date the order is placed. Another copy of your order is filed under your first name so that I can refer to your measurements for any further orders. This is a paper based system that only I have access too.
I can process your credit card details over the phone and send your receipt with your garment. I do not keep details of your Credit Card once I have processed your purchase.
PAYMENT
DO NOT add your credit card details to any emails you may send me. It is not secure.
For all internet banking payments please use your first name and the product you are purchasing as a reference e.g. Anne skirt.
All MADCAT garments and artwork are the property of MADCAT LTD and will not be shipped until they are paid for in full.
